Windy Meadows Farm is a full care boarding and training facility located in Blairstown, New Jersey.  Led by head trainer, Leigh Ann, our training program specializes in Off Track Thoroughbreds (OTTBs) at every stage - from fresh off the track to those who are further along in their development.  Each training plan is customized to meet the specific needs of both horse and rider, ensuring a thoughtful and individualized approach.

We prioritize clear, ongoing communication between trainer and owner for transparency and to support long term success.
